For example, you have frequently mapped roads where none exist on aerial imagery like osm.org/way /1074720413 or you have mapped objects that are planned but don’t exist yet. You’re frequently upgrading dirt roads to highway=residential in contravention of local tagging practice.

The problems have been pointed out to you frequently, e.g. in changeset/45044280 where you agreed not to continue mapping planned objects but you did not change your behaviour at all.
