Before continuing to add this data, please do discuss with the Italian community. The best place to do that is probably https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/it/60 . Explain why you believe, despite the comment, that the data license is compatible, and (assuming you believe that it is not) why it is not an import.

You appear to have ignored this - as of 21 hours ago you added changeset/138425659 .

Please contact OSM Data Working Group by email at data@openstreetmap.org with a subject line of “[Ticket#2023070410000203] Chiarant”. When you do this we will revoke this block to allow you to discuss this import with the community.
