I block your account and are awaiting your explanation of the recent “edits” you performed on OSM.
Extremely vague is your:
“the change package is required to upload data via CadMapper and will be returned to its original positions.”
OSM is not meant to be used as some data collector that can be changed at will to be used at some other place.
