In addition, some of your changes in changeset/131097497 look a bit unlikely - see way/498790764/history there.

If you don’t reply immediately we’ll have to revert these.

You must also use changeset comments that explain the changes that you are making - “adding correcting info “ on the latest example doesn’t really help other mappers to understand the changes that you are making. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for more information.
