in osm.org/user_blocks/6368 - a message that you must have read before you were able to continue mapping - I requested that you attend to comments made by the community about your mapping before you continue.

You have not done that; instead, you have once again changed a bunch of unclassified roads to tertiary with no meaningful explanation (“line correction” is not a meaningful explanation).
