This import was discussed in detail on the mailing list, with several people there trying to help you help you resolve the many issues with the data that your were trying to import.

Unfortunately, as described in https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2022-November/007080.html it looks like you ignored all the advice and went ahead with it anyway. I’m therefore reverting your changes.

If you would like to try and import the data again, please try and work with the OSM community to resolve any issues with it before doing so. If you fail to do this we will of course just revert it again.

Please read Mike Thompson’s messages to you at https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2022-November/007026.html and https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2022-November/007039.html . They are very informative and explains what you need to do. In addition to that I would add that you must add good changeset comments that explains more about the changing being made. A changeset comment of “UWIMP” or “#YouthMappersGulu” does not help anyone. The account used, osm.org/user/ug_wash , also has no profile description.

I have sent this message to you as one that you have to read before continuing to edit. You’ll be able to continue as soon as you have read it, but you must resolve all the discussion before any further import.
