I’m aware that there is conflict over what names should be in use on places such as Erbil and Kirkuk, and there has been much discussion about it (both in OSM and outside).

However, https://osm.mapki.com/history/node/2479376280 shows that you deleted all language names for node/2479376280/history apart from the “name” tag itself. This is not OK - there may be legitimate questions about what language(s) go in the “name” tag but surely no-one can argue that there IS a name for this place in at least two languages.

In addition you must also:

• use good changeset comments. Describe the changes that you are making; “fine tuning” is not a good changeset comment.

• not casually accuse people of racism in changeset commands. If you think that something needs acting upon please contact OSM’s Data Working Group or the admins; if you believe that they are not doing what they should please contact the OSMF board.

• بە شێوەیەکی ئاسایی خەڵک بە ڕەگەزپەرستی لە فەرمانەکانی گۆڕانکارییەکان تۆمەتبار نەکەن. ئەگەر پێت وایە شتێک پێویستی بە کارپێکردن هەیە تکایە پەیوەندی بە گروپی کاری داتاکانی OSM یان بەڕێوەبەرەکانەوە بکە؛ ئەگەر پێت وایە کە ئەوان ئەو کارە ناکەن کە پێویستە تکایە پەیوەندی بە بۆردی OSMF بکە.
