you have imported data in Tehran which violates our import guidelines. You need to discuss such imports with the community, and clearly specify your sources and the data license. Your imports have also duplicated existing data, and contained a lot of data that is unnecessary and unwanted in OSM.

I have removed the data that you have imported. Please discuss any further imports with experienced mappers before you perform them. See osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines for more information.
