As you’ve noticed, something has gone very wrong with your edits - things got dragged all over the place. It’s also not OK to create huge things like https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=121776474 that don’t really exist.

Another OSM user and I have fixed the problems, and you’ll be able to continue as soon as you’ve read this message. However, if you start creating things that don’t exist again or start dragging things all over the place we’ll prevent you from editing OpenStreetMap.
