You have been asked numerous times in several forums not to make edits like changeset/117847767 . Your previous changes caused considerable downstream work (in Nominatim and elsewhere). It is unlikely that your edit to https://osm.mapki.com/history/relation/7850011 will cause the same problems, but I’m blocking you from the OSM API for a couple of days to reinforce the message that it is not appropriate for you to make changes like this when the situation is very much in flux.

During previous conflicts it’s often the case that there are conflicting reports of “who controls what and when”, and it’s especially unhelpful to make a change like yours whose only source was “Esri World Imagery”.

There are active OSM mappers in many parts of Ukraine, and a brief glance at OSM’s history tab shows that many local OSM updates are being made. I’d let them continue to do that.
