You are involved in a massive organised editing activity in Madagascar. In the course of this activity you have deleted tens of thousands of objects from OpenStreetMap, without giving any reason whatsoever. All your changesets carry a comment of “#geohealthresearch-project-10 #MRPactivity #pasteurMG #ird_fr #pivotmadagascar” which is absolutely useless to the average OSM project member. You seem to be using some sort of tasking manager which is not accessible for outside users. None of your user profiles contain any information about the organisation or project you are work ing for, and when contacted by members of the community, you have remained silent.

As it currently stands, your activities on Madagascar must look like vandalism to the average OSM project member, and all your contributions are liable to be rolled back in their entirety for failure to adhere to proper OSM procedures.

Please immediately cease all activity on Madagascar and have your project manager get in touch with the OSMF Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org so we can discuss how to proceed. Once we have ascertained that your project is properly documented and aligns with OSM community rules, we will lift the block on these accounts.

We will especially be interested to hear why you saw fit to delete tens of thousands of objects that had been contributed by our community members, and how it is possible for such a large organised editing activity to be completely oblivious to our rules governing such activities: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines

Failure to get in touch with us, or the continuation of your edits on Madagascar in any form (even by team members not affected by this account block), will lead to the complete removal of all your contributions in Madagascar and the restoration of the status quo ante.
