People have asked you to use changeset comments that explain what you are doing and what sources you used. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for more details. Something like “Version 15.1” is not a good changeset comment.

If you’d like some help, or don’t understand why someone has said something or asked something, please just ask - people will be delighted to help you.
