you appear to be using the “Maps.Me” app to mark places on the map. Unfortunately you are making a mistake there and all the private markers you place on the map, are uploaded as “hot springs” to the global OSM database. This is not useful, as we have to delete them again and this wastes your time and ours. Please stop doing that.
