you have made many edits where you duplicated POIs - you add a power=substation tag on a node inside a way that is already tagged power=substation. Other users have messaged you about this and other issues since October last year

Please make sure that you have a correct email address registered with OSM so that the emails you are sent when someone comments on your changes actually reach you, and please reply to the comments made by other people and do not create two OSM objects for one thing in the future!
