OpenStreetMap is a map of the world as it exists, not a fantasy map. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/370326128 is clearly not a primary road. 

I also said:

Please don't make imaginary edits to OpenStreetMap; if you do we'll have to prevent you from making any edits at all.

You have ignored that so we’ll have to prevent you from making changes to OSM for a period of time.
