a couple days ago I blocked the user “navosm” for persistenly ignoring our request to make good changeset comments. I offered to unlock your account once you make contact:

You did not make contact, instead you created a new account (this one). You’re now using changeset comments, but you’re obviously doing this without any desire to achieve what changeset comments are there to do and which has been explained in osm.org/user_blocks/4732. Making edits in the US and adorning all of them with the same changeset comment in Esperanto is not helpful, it is a slap in the face of people who want to work with you. Changeset comments should either be in English or in the local language of the region you are editing in. If you cannot write a sensible changeset comment in English then you should not be editing in the US.

I am blocking this account because it has been created to circumvent another block. As requested in the block on “navosm”, please write to us and confirm that you have read and understood the requirement to work together with the US community when making edits there, and you will get your original account back.
