As that changeset comment says, I’d expect Facebook to be following https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines which would mean that for any project that you work on an entry is created at osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities and anyone who works on one of those projects has an entry in their profile, so that someone who navigates from a changeset of yours to @VLD071 would know about that project, and what Facebook’s involvement is. It may be that Facebook has “only one worldwide activity” and that is this one (which is already linked from your profile). If that’s the case you just need to add an entry into the table here.
