you have - repeatedly - deleted paths from OSM because they have some access restrictions (path closed, path only by permission, only with prior registration and so on).

We do not do that in OSM. If a path exists on the ground, but has access restrictions, then we record these access restrictions in our database; we do not delete the path.

Please do not delete paths from OSM if they exist in reality; this causes real damage to our database and violates our terms of use.

OpenStreetMap is interested in recording the truth. If a path is private access only then we’re happy to record that. If you are unsure how to do that, email us at data@osmfoundation.org and we’ll help with that. Just don’t delete paths that exist in reality just because you want them hidden from the map; that’s not how things work around here and it will get your account blocked.
