People are asking, for example:

• why do you add the tag “source:name:oc=ieo-bdtopoc” to objects as the only change? Source tagging should typiclly appear on the changeset, not on the object, and you add it to objects that do not have an Occitan name, that do not have a name at all, or are even just position nodes not determining an object.

• why do you submit extremely large changesets? They look like mechanical edits. We have a policy for mecanical edits, they need to be discussed with the community first, see here osm.wiki/Automated_edits

• what is the license of ieo-bdtopoc regarding its usage in OSM?
