it has come to our attention that you seem to be importing place names from another data source.

Our data import policy requires that imports be discussed on the appropriate mailing list before they are performed, and that the import be properly documented (source, license, technique used for converting, etc.etc.): http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines

We also ask people to create a separate account for imports.
