Edits such as osm.org/issues/44124 which cover most of Iran look like organised mechanical edits.

Mechanical edits must follow the rules at osm.wiki/Automated_edits .

Organised edits must follow osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Guidelines .

Please email data@openstreetmap.org with a subject line of “[Ticket#2026091010000399] snapp-map-editor” to let us know when you have followed both of those, and we will revoke this block. Attempts to message the DWG by other means will not result in your reply reaching the relevant ticket and therefore may not be seen by us.

Best Regards,

Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM’s Data Working Group.
