In osm.org/changeset/187803192 I asked you where this mass edit of barrier=toll_booth was discussed. You have not answered this question.

The organised editing guidelines state that these edits must be discussed with the community beforehand and this does not seem to have happened and there is no mention on the TomTom edits page.

Please stop editing in the UK until these issues are resolved.
