I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

As other mappers have already pointed to you, if a trail exists on-the-ground, it will be mapped in OSM, so please stop deleting them, especially after another mapper has already reverted your edits.
