I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

You are currently carrying out an import of bus stop details in Serbia, but, prior to doing this, you have to first follow the procedures laid out in the Import Guidelines osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines.

Have you yet discussed this Import with anybody?

In addition, it would appear that your source, Polazak, is not allowed for use in OSM mapping due to it being copyright, unless you have received their explicit written permission to do so. Again, do you have this permission?
