data imports into OpenStreetMap need to follow certain rules laid out in osm.wiki/Import - most importantly, you need to discuss your plans with the community before you act, and it must be clear that the data comes from an allowable source and that no duplicates or other errors are created during the import.

It appears that you have not followed these rules, hence we will revert the data you have attempted to import.
