OpenStreetMap is a map of the world in its current state. We generally do not map historic objects that have ceased to exist. There is a different project (OpenHistoricalMap) for such things.

You have in the past frequently added old and historic names to things, or names that added no information like “quarter” or “bay”. Other users have made you aware of these issues:

Yet you continue making such edits, e.g. today you created this peak with a historical name osm.org/changeset/187356444 and this localitly with a historical name osm.org/node/1000961987 and unnecessarily duplicated an old_name into a loc_name osm.org/changeset/187355407.
