I am writing to both accounts at the same time because DWG is convinced that you are the same person.

Many of your OSM edits are of questionable quality, and have attracted comments and criticism from other mappers (cf. https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=22444860, https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=22389488). You are expected to respond to such comments, and avoid the mistakes that are pointed out to you going forward, yet you haven’t done so; the comments remain unanswered and you continue to make the same mistakes that you have been asked to avoid.

Your changeset comments are useless (please see osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for background) - “added tag” doesn’t cut it even if a tag was added, and is laughably wrong for a changeset that deletes and re-draws a building).

You claim your source was “survey” yet you make edits all across the US within hours - if this is really a “survey” then it is not a single person’s and you should be more precise in explaining where the data comes from.

Please write to data@osmfoundation.org quoting ticket 2026080410000054 and affirm that you going forward you will * use proper changeset comments * use correct source descriptions * reply to every single comment that your editing attracts, including the 30+ comments from the past

Once you do that, we’re happy to unblock both your accounts.
