you have added your own business to OSM but other mappers claim that there is no visible sign of that business existing at that address.

OSM is not a business directory; OSM is a geo database. If you want your business on OSM then it must be clearly visible for anyone passing by that your business is at that location. Please supply relevant photos to data@osmfoundation.org and we will have a look at re-instating your business on OSM.
