Look at node 2678129078 (Subway, 10041 York Road, Cockeysville) in changeset 185028406: you changed opening_hours from “Mo-Fr 07:00-21:00; Sa 08:00-21:00; Su 09:00-19:00” to “Mo-Fr 07:00-21:00; Sa 09:00-21:00; Su 09:00-19:30”, added check_date=2026-07-03, and dropped addr:country entirely. That is not the kind of change you make from a moving car or a five-second visit.

Tell us where this data is coming from, and why addr:country is being stripped across your edits. Give sources for how you obtained per-minute opening hours changes at this pace.
