We have some concerns about the way in which you have been repeatedly changing a city classification: osm.org/changeset/185481035

As has been pointed out to you in comments, the fact that there may be other, bigger, places, not yet tagged as cities, is no justification for reversing apparently correct mapping here.

What is your justification for doing this?

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but, if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 19 July, further action may have to be taken.
