We have a number of concerns regarding the edits you have been making to street names in Vietnam.

As other mappers have recently been making the same changes in this area, it would appear that you are all actually carrying out an organised import of this information.

To do this, you have to first follow the procedures laid out in both the Organised Editing osm.wiki/Organised_Editing, and Import, Guidelines osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines.

What is the source of the details that you are adding? You have only listed aerial imagery, and it is of course, impossible to add street names and numbers from such imagery.

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but, if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 18 July, further action may have to be taken.
