we now believe that you are the same person operating the account test0022012 which has been blocked due to various policy violations. Instead of owning up to the mistakes you have made with the test0022012 account, you have created this new account - and even had the audacity to applaud test0022012’s work in comments such as osm.org/changeset/184177677 as if you were a different person.

Your additions to OSM are of questionable value. Instead of useful changeset comments you offend others with the request of adding high precision data from the start, and then your own mapping is highly problematic (single-tree “forests”, overlapping buildings not following mapping practice, unclear sources). We will revert these edits.

We’re blocking this account permanently due to ban evasion. Please contact DWG regarding your primary account test0022012 as requested in osm.org/user_blocks/20792 and we can unblock that account, and give you a chance to comment on questions posed by other mappers and the DWG.

Please do not create new accounts to evade this ban.
