please stop channeling the “trail builder” in changesets like osm.org/changeset/183702650. What the trail builder wants is of no relevance to OpenStreetMap. If a trail is visible on the ground then we record it as such.

The trail is apparently already being used and NOT marked as dangerous or under construction on the ground. If you can prove that such markings exist, you may change the trail to a “construction” tagging in OSM (but not delete it).
