I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

Other Mappers have contacted us with concerns about the edits you have been making to parking stations in France.

Some of their concerns are that you have been duplicating already mapped car parks, and also changing mapped languages from French to English.

The primary concern, though, is that you have apparently been sourcing your information from a copyrighted site, that forbids such usage: please see Article 8 at https://www.q-park.fr/en-gb/termsandconditions/

Have you requested, and been given, written permission to make use of their data in OSM?

If not, all of your changes must be reverted immediately, as this could hold both OSM, and yourself, open to legal action.

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 10 June, further action may have to be taken, up to and including the reversion of all of your edits to date.
