“Dear Joanes100, thank you for your contributions to OSM. However, many of the buildings you have drawn intersect each other, and overlap with the existing road network. This is not good enough for OpenStreetMap. Did the JOSM editor not warn you about these issues when uploading the data? I have tried to fix the problems that you have created but there were too many issues so I had to remove the building traces again.”

Sadly, after that message, you have continued uploading buildings that overlap and intersect. Please slow down, and focus on quality rather than on quantity. The JOSM editor has a validator that will tell you where your mapping has problems. Please use that.
