data imports to OpenStreetMap must go through a discussion and community approval process. You cannot just upload buildings to OSM without that. The rate at which you are adding buildings to OSM makes it clear that this is not a manual tracing!

Please stop your import attempts immediately and follow the data import procedure at osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines
