which part of osm.org/changeset/182616329 did you not understand when you repeated the deletions in osm.org/changeset/182945004?

You write that “the land owner requires” that the roads are removed from our maps, yet the land owner does not have this authority. You are committing computer vandalism by deleting this data from our database. I have no choice but to disable your account.

Circumventing this block by creating further accounts and trying to delete the data again is futile and also against the law.
