I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a block has been placed on your OSM account.

We have received complaints from other Mappers regarding the way in which you are continually closing OSM Notes, with a nonsensical explanation “sai.net@a.sai.com”, and also without fixing the issue that the Note referred to.

Could you please explain what you are doing?
