you are importing data into OSM from the Male City Council Land Information System. Data imports into OSM must follow a process which among other things requires a prior discussion with the community. See osm.wiki/Import for more information.

Your import has a number of quality issues, for example you have deleted buildings and replaced them with plots tagged “landuse=residential” and you have given these plots name tags that seem to indicate the business or family owning the plot. This is not done in OSM.

I have reverted your edits. You must discuss your plans with the community before you continue, especially: What source data do you plan to use, how do you intend to convert the source data into OSM tags, what license does the source data have.
