I have recently made two requests of you in changeset comments, and both have been ignored:

In osm.org/changeset/180175599 I asked you to improve your changeset comments.

In osm.org/changeset/172882528 I asked you to explain the alt_name in node/13196374343 (“Black Penis”). It is not impossible for such a name to exist but it has been flagged by other community members and warrants an explanation.

Please email the OSMF DWG at data@osmfoundation.org quoting Ticket#2026032010000711 in the subject before you make any further edits. I will then unblock your account.

This block was revoked on 01 April 2026 after the mapper contacted DWG and gave an explanation. It appears that they sent emails in response to changeset comment notifications, and those went nowhere.
