When importing data into OpenStreetMap, it is required that you follow the Import Guidelines. It does not appear that you have done so. Because of this, I have blocked your account.

When you’re ready to start the import process, please contact openstreetmap.org with subject “wahonis” and we will unblock your account so that you can go through the import process.
