In osm.org/changeset/178974785 you were told that blindly adding nodes to long ways just to supress some warnings is not desirable and in fact falls under the Automated Editing Guidelines.

It seems you have continued making the exact same changes, albeit with vaguer changeset descriptions and sources such as “several additions” and “source=Data clarification”.
