Several others have left comments on your changesets over the last 8 months pointing out that using data from Wikipedia is not appropriate for OSM, as they release their data under a license incompatible with the ODbL.

Please stop using data from Wikipedia, and please ensure you read and respond to changeset comments in the future.

I’ve given you a 1 week block for this. However, if you contact the DWG as per below, confirm you’ll both stop using Wikipedia as a source, and will respond to changeset comments, I’ll be happy to lift this block sooner.
