You have performed an extremely low quality building import in the Denver area and have failed to address the problems while continuing to import vast amounts of data. I am putting a block on your account until we can sort out this mess. Please contact the Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org so that we can discuss this further.

Some specific problems with the Denver import:

• You did not contact the local community
• You did not use a dedicated import account
• You used rubbish changeset comments. This import has nothing to do with HOT project 1318 or any of the other hashtags in the changeset comment.
• You imported buildings that do not in any way match aerial imagery
• You did not specify a source of the data
• You imported buildings that overlap previously existing data
• You imported buildings that overlap or duplicate other buildings in the same import

Some of the same problems seem to apply to the latest import you are working on in Somalia as well.

Please review the Import Guidelines while we work to sort this out.
