Please don’t get into “edit wars” about tag values. The B road at http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/4730124/history has been changed by you to residential a few times and then been changed back. It’s really, really unusual for an A or a B road to be sensibly tagged as other than highway=trunk/primary or highway=secondary; if you think it’s justified you’ll need to discuss it with other local mappers and persuade them (or at least the majority of them) that it’s a good idea.
