you have been asked to provide sources for your edits. Now your standard commit comment is “new street names RGZ”, but users have pointed out to you that this is not correct; your information seems to come from a different source. (See changeset/148854060 for example.)

Also, you have been asked to explain in your user profile whom you are working for (according to our “organised editing guidelines” https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines but you have not done that.

Please pause your editing and take your time to write a user profile (using osm.org/profile/edit) that explains who you are working for, what your task is, and which sources you are using. Please also take extreme care not to claim that your source is RGZ when it clearly is not, and ensure that all sources you use have a license that is compatible with OpenStreetMap.

After you have written the user profile, please email data@osmfoundation.org (Subject: Ticket#2024012310000187) and we will unblock your account.

After that, we expect you to promptly reply to questions from the community. If we find out that you are using incompatible data sources we will have to remove the entirety of your 30,000 contributions so please don’t take risks.
