in osm.org/user_blocks/15715 I had asked you to please review https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=13546667 and reply to the comments other mappers had about your work.

Soon after, you made new edits to OSM, without having done that.

In osm.org/user_blocks/15726 I then wrote: “Please attend to this matter urgently, and pause your OSM contributions until you have done it.”

Yet now you are continuing to edit OSM again, without ever having resolved the matter by responding to the changeset comments.

I am afraid I will now have to block your account until you email to data@osmfoundation.org, explaining that you have read and understood this message, and will respond to changeset comments. Only then will I lift the block on your account.
