you have recently uploaded a changeset with over 1000 buildings which was flagged as a data import. Such data imports have to be discussed with the community before they are executed. Please ensure that you have community buy-in for adding Microsoft Building Footprints to OSM in the region you are working in; this data set is of very uneven quality and you might be inadvertently introducing mistakes.
