in OSM we record what is on the ground. Dangerous, or closed, or private, roads that exist on the ground deserve to be recorded on OSM, and there are ways to record the fact that they are dangerous, or closed, or private.

Deleting these objects from OSM is considered vandalism.

I am yet again reverting your latest change since yet again you are deleting objects from OSM that exist on the ground. This message forces you to read it before you can continue editing; should you continue deleting things from OSM that exist, I will have to prevent you from editing OSM altogether.
