I think so -- at street level the shops are continuous along this street

It's a mis-spelling of barrier=coupure.

I don't remember. I think it was simply that it's a rooftop garden on top of an unknown number of floors of building, so it needed to be the top layer so I arbitrarily (and probably incorrectly) set it to a high number.

Yeah, I meant to amend the shopping centre and its internal footways and seem to have touched surrounding roads somehow by accident.

Hm, I don't think my edits here were intentional. The ways haven't changed on-the-ground. Should I just delete my newly added ways?
